today i got the msg from airtel that "call ur loved at 20paise/min................................"
it s simple way just add any mobile no. by smsing "ADD 9xxxxxxxxx" TO 51619
ENJOY guys maine to apni GF ka no. addd kiya hai aur 20paise/min use kar raha hu without any daily rentals.

so it 100% working in maharshtra i have checked in my friends sim .
